Support Our Work

“My experience with the Institute has deepened my recognition of the value of understanding where I live and what I should try to give back. That experience has started me on paths I wouldn’t have otherwise found. It has introduced me to people who have influenced my life in countless important ways… Please, keep up the extraordinary work that you are doing.”
—Dan Morrow, Symposium participant, Computer Programmer, Boise, ID

The Island Institute’s work is made possible in large measure through the generosity of individuals, local businesses, and public and private grantors. This support supplements program revenues and local fundraising events to fill out each year’s income.

Individuals and businesses contributing through memberships and corporate donations are linked to a community of authors, thinkers, activists, and concerned citizens who are engaged with ideas that might shape a better world. You, too, can become a part of this network. We’ll put your contribution to good work and provide you updates from time to time. Here are options for ways you can support the Island Institute and some of the benefits you’ll receive.
